Senior Architect & DBA jobs at Cambridge startup

I'm a MIT alumnus best known for founding Turbine, Inc. Turbine is now the largest computer games company in New England, employing 300.

Now I have a new venture: BruteSearch. Our meetup moderator, Sheeri, helped found and grow the company in its first year, 2006. We pull business intelligence from the Web. Let's say you're Best Buy. Wouldn't it be great to grab pricing from competitor's Web sites? Nearly a quarter of large companies want to make decisions from Web information like this. We have funding and our first two customers.

Our radical technology that is over 150 times more cost-effective at extracting business intelligence from the Web. This patent-pending system relies on a human operator and does not use linguistics or artificial intelligence in any way. Version 2.0 works and is awesome. We need a Version 3.

We need a DBA / J2EE architect, with passion and focus, to collect all this data and serve it up. You should know Java, Hibernate, SQL, UNIX sysadmin tools, Perl, JSF/JSTL. You get extra points if you are familiar with JBoss Seam and Ajax4JSF. We need a need believer in clean code. Salary negotiable and may include stock. We also need a hands-on CTO, or a Senior Software Architect. You should be able to code in Javascript and Java, working with the DOM. Knowledge of JDBC, SQL would be great, or Gecko.
